People searching for a job change usually do not want a personality framework. They want a next step. This site meets that search with the map we already have.

What this is

me change job is a sister of what-world-way. Same visual language. Same three tests — Motive, Size, Personality — which on the map are What, World, and Way. Same 528 portraits. The difference is the lens: work.

What this is not

It is not a job board. It does not place you. A portrait can name fit and cost; it cannot tell you to take a seat. Accounts, results, and optional in-depth reports live on what-world-way. Potentialisation is non-profit.
